6 Ways To Use Essential Oils For Health

Headaches
You can add 15 drops of peppermint oil a personal inhaler, taking deep breaths as needed. Alternatively, you can combine 3 drops of Peppermint and one tsp of ECGO and massage it into the location of your pain.

If you combine 30 drops of Basil, 30 drops of Rosemary, 18 drops of Lemon and 18 drops of Black Pepper together, you’ll have a powerful aromatherapy remedy for restoring your memory. You can add 15 drops to a personal inhaler or 5-10 drops in a room diffuser to reap the benefits.
