Changing hands: Goodbye from Nicole and Welcome Storm!

A GOODBYE…
Dear Wild Ginger Apothecary friends, family and community:
A note to say goodbye, with infinite gratitude to each of you, as Wild Ginger Apothecary changes hands.
Wild Ginger took many roads to arrive where it is today: first the Apothecary, then the Studio, then the Lounge. These collaborative, unique, powerful spaces work together to form this special place that is so much more than just a retail store. WGA quickly became a welcoming community for people of all walks of life, with every possible interest. Classes, events, workshops, feel-good nontoxic products, and so much opportunity for connection in between. That will not change as I pass it on to our new owner, Storm.
During my time there, WGA became my extended family, my home away from home, the space to nurture myself and others. The world here showed up for me like nothing before it. It brought so much harmony, healing, transformation, and growth into my life — and I am filled with gratitude for the way it’s brought the same to our community.
I can hardly believe how much this little space has grown, changed, and evolved over the last 8 years. It was a labor of passion and love: truly the most rewarding and challenging experience of my entire life (prior to my sweet new baby). I'm so thankful for the chance to have met each and every one of you: to hear your stories, become fast friends, watch your lives transform, and build this positive community alongside you.
If you take anything away from my experience, let yourself dream bigger and bolder, no matter how dark some days feel. Know it’s not too late. Trust you’ll manifest just what you’re meant to in order to fulfill everything your heart’s desires. Believe you can do what you love, and love what you do, in a place you love to do it.
To my WGA community: thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. Thank you for the support, the visits, the business, the referrals, the posts. Thank you for the kind words, the compliments, the gratitude, the hugs, the smiles. Thank you for supporting the movement, the lifestyle, the healthy market. Thank you for all you’ve shared with me: the knowledge, the love, the experience of becoming something bigger together. I can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done to better WGA. I hope you’ll continue to support Storm in the same beautiful way as she continues our sweet small business.
For those of you who feel like you don’t fit in, or don’t have a community that serves you, don’t give up hope. WGA is here for you and was carefully curated to offer something special for just about anyone. That will remain a core value.
You can follow along with what’s next for me at Dharma Hive — where I’m easing back into business consulting remotely as I travel the country with my little family. I’ll miss all of you, this beautiful community and the paradise in Sarasota. I feel honored to pass this business on to a longtime local customer that is so passionate about preserving its magic. … AND A HELLO!
Hello, I am Storm and I am the new owner of Wild Ginger Apothecary. I am so excited and honored to be stepping into the beautiful and conscious space and community Nicole has so lovingly cultivated over the years. Nicole began and grew Wild Ginger out of a love for healthy, holistic living paired with thoughtful daily practice, and I also plan to keep these critical elements at the forefront of the Wild Ginger world. My hope is to not only care for what has been grown but to continue expanding in all of the ways that have made Wild Ginger so special to its customers and community over the years!
For me, the beauty of Wild Ginger has always been in its offerings, of course in the beautiful boutique but also in the studio, as both have allowed me to lean into the call to come back to and continue to grow myself. It's a rare find to have one place that can merge the ethers of the metaphysical and ground it into the physical world for people to implement their visions and put action to their practices, and that magic is what I truly find so special about Wild Ginger, and what I am so excited to be able to continue offering going forward.
My hope is that all customers and friends of Wild Ginger will continue to see the store and the studio as a vessel that will be beautifully and thoughtfully appointed to not just nourish and support your physical body, but one that will aim to witness and honor your soul - who YOU are. I would like customers to walk through the doors and know they are undoubtedly going to experience a beautiful and joyful rush- where they are truly seen and cared for. I look forward to continuing meeting all of you as you make your way in and can't wait to see what we all discover and manifest along the way!
